First session
The first session is a space for mutual understanding where we will create an environment of trust and safety that allows us to contextualize the reason for your request. We will establish the therapy goals, and you will get an idea of the method and way of working.
How you feel after the first session is the perfect indicator to know if this is the right person and place to start your process. If you're not convinced, keep searching for the best fit!
Successive visits
Following the first visit, we will design your journey and the steps to follow in each session to achieve your goals. Although the path is carefully, orderly, and coherently designed, we cannot predict its exact duration, but we can guarantee the benefits. The decision regarding the frequency and number of sessions is made jointly through feedback.
